Why the Heart?
The Heart we refer to is not the physical, but the spiritual. Everyone has a spiritual Heart, but many of us are not used to connecting with it. We are often so busy with our lives that we never stop and listen to our Heart and let it guide us.
Our spiritual Heart is the center of true happiness, calmness and peacefulness. It is located at the center of our chest and is the key connection to True Source (whom you may refer to as God or our Creator). As True Source Love flows into our Heart, we can feel peace, joy and gratitude naturally and continuously.
